Terms and Conditions

The service

POSGIRI provides cloud based point of sale, inventory, billing and reporting software, together with hosted storefronts for merchants. We provide the service on a subscription basis and may add, change or remove features as the product develops.

Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and for everything done through your account, including by your staff. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

Trials, subscriptions and payment

We offer a 14 day free trial on the plans that advertise it. No payment is due during the trial and you can stop before it ends.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing cycle you choose, monthly or yearly.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; a change never affects a cycle you have already paid for.
• Payments are handled by third party gateways subject to their own terms.
• Fees already paid are non refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we have agreed in writing.
• If a payment fails we may suspend the account after notifying you and allowing time to fix it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use POSGIRI to break the law, to sell goods you are not permitted to sell, to upload malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another merchant's data, to reverse engineer or resell the service, to place unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or to send unsolicited bulk messages through the platform.

Your data

The business data you put into POSGIRI stays yours. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up and display it so we can run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you upload and for how you handle your own customers' personal data. You can export your data while your account is active.

Our intellectual property

The POSGIRI software, name, logo, design and documentation belong to us and are protected by law. Your subscription gives you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

Availability and support

We work to keep POSGIRI available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for planned maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can. Support is offered through the channels listed on our contact page during the stated hours.

Suspension and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us; the service continues until the end of the cycle you have paid for. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that does not pay, or that puts the platform or other merchants at risk. After termination we keep your data for a limited wind down period so you can export it, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

POSGIRI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability can be limited, our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in that period.

You remain responsible for keeping your own records and for meeting your tax and regulatory obligations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will give notice in the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use POSGIRI after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
